I went in on Thanksgiving Day at 10 pm because my throat was hurting, had lost my voice and could feel congestion in my nose. The front desk clerk looked up my information quickly and had me take a seat. Fortunately, there were only 3 people ahead of me, so the entire visit took less than an hour. The Dr. examined me and determined that I had an infection in front of my throat and laryngitis. He wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic which I was able to get first thing in the morning. I have used this facility a handful of times and have always had a great experience. Dr. Dutta is fantastic. Always so kind. Thankful for him, the staff that's always so nice and definitely grateful they're 24 hours. Only other urgent care I visit closes at 8p.m. A lot of times I can't sleep from pain so I am thankful for this place being open all hours. I live in Riverside. It's worth the drive for me. Sometimes in and out, sometimes there's a wait. That's expected though. It's an urgent care. Never know what case is in front or behind you. Been coming here for over 10 years and I'll keep coming. Especially if Dr. Dutta is there. Thank you Inland Empire Extra Care!
I went to Inland Empire Extra Care on Friday 9/8/2023 and was seen by Dr Kilani. She an awesome diagnostician. I always go there whenever I can't get an appointment to see my PCP. Elva has a great staff and they do a great job and take good care of you.
