Once again, A big Thank you to Timothy Cordt and his wonderful team at Ideal Comfort. I am a senior and customer living in Rancho Cucamonga . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ideal Comfort for many years. It seems that over the years, every interaction is better than the last. Over the past month, as summer approaches the temperature rises. I made a call to Ideal Comfort and spoke to Victoria about getting my unit its yearly tune-up special. I expressed to her that my a/c wasnt as cold as it was last year. I don't really write Yelp reviews, but wanted to be sure to leave Ideal Comfort a strong review. My AC was going out in June and after calling a few places, decided to have Ideal Comfort check it out. Tori was great on the phone and Tim came out that day top do the initial assessment. Technician came out shortly thereafter and fixed things. They were great communicators the entire time and were very clear with what was needed and transparent with their quote. Explained anything I wanted to know. This week my AC starting acting up again. There was a slight issue with the drains they re-did for me. Now, that happens, no big deal. They AGAIN were great on the phone, their technician fixed the issue, which was minor. As it was related to their earlier work, no charge. These things happen, they were super professional and accommodating. I will be calling Ideal Comfort again if I need any HVAC work.

Re: IDEAL COMFORT Heating and Cooling Corporation Rancho Cucamonga.CA 91730Since December 2021 Whenever Continuously Rain storm happened We were having water leakage from our roof entering inside our bedroom Thru the ceilings. Well known Roofing Company visited twice our Roof sent by Our HOA but them and HOA pinpointed the cause of the Rain water leakage is from our HVAC unit even thou during the Summer time we were running our AC continuously we never had a issue of water leakage!!! It was obvious That Roof needed to be repaired ! Anyhow, after suffering for more than year we got other AC co to check our HVAC unit also couldn't find the cause of the leakage. HOA suggested us to do the sealing surrounding our HVAC unit Area and told us which will stop the leakage. They suggested 2 Company one was Ideal Comfort heating and cooling corp. On January 12th 2023, We called Mr. Tim of Ideal Comfort to do the sealing, next day he visited and inspected our HVAC unit taken care the sealing as well inspect the roof and he suspected the roof leakage are still present and highly recommended having the Roof Re-Checked. And it's proven that the sealing was not the actual causing the RAIN Water leakage because after the HVAC sealing done Within two days. On January 14 Th we had a rain storm and again Rain water leakage happened. Mr. Tim with his vast experience and knowledge he diagnosed correctly this time that the cause of the water leakage is not due to our HVAC unit but Roof needs to be Rechecked inspect by professional Roofing Co. AND Rest is history ! with his details report We got inspected our Roof by two Roofing Co ordered by our HOA and luckily found the roof is the actual caused of the Rain Water leakage all this time, not our HVAC unit. Now, finally we are very happy that our Roof is going to be Repaired and fixed as work order has been Approved by the board and our HOA and will be taken care by the Professional Roofing company who found the actual cause. Bravo. We can't Thank enough to Mr. Tim and Victoria for providing their professional service along with their assistance Which gave us a peace of mind after one year suffering of ongoing issues of Roof Leakage. . We would highly recommend this Ideal Comfort Heating cooling company of Rancho Cucamonga, Ca for your future any Heating and Cooling work and other service they are offering. Mr.Tim has 40 + Years experience in his field and it shows Thru his work. Amazing team of Mr.Tim and Victoria both very professional and truly cares for their customers.
