“Oh where do I begin? Five stars isn't enough. My 9-year old daughter had extremely long, thick hair. Long story short, she had a very large, very tight mat at the base of her head we couldn't get out. We had planned her first salon visit to be a special occasion and were so worried it would be traumatic now. She was scared and didn't want it to hurt. There were lots of tears on the way. But as soon as Sherome met us, my daughter's anxiety, and mine, disappeared! What a wonderful experience! Sherome not only got the mat out, she gave hair care suggestions, told us what caused it, gave lots of reassurances to both of us, was just delightful to be with, and was able to retain my daughter's hair. Then we got a beautiful haircut! By the end of the day, my daughter felt so confident and said it was the best day ever! She loves her new hair cut and so do we!
