Oh where do I begin? Five stars isn't enough. My 9-year old daughter had extremely long, thick hair. Long story short, she had a very large, very tight mat at the base of her head we couldn't get out. We had planned her first salon visit to be a special occasion and were so worried it would be traumatic now. She was scared and didn't want it to hurt. There were lots of tears on the way. Took my daughter in to get her hair detangled it had been Tangled for a year could not comb through it could not touch her scalp she worked the miracle straightened it out detangled it and gave her a hairstyle thank you
