I have always had great experiences here. They offer online check-in that lets you know when to leave and where you are in line, short wait times, and great stylists that are very patient, especially good with kids. I recommend Jess, I always request her and she always does a fabulous job. She always asks me questions during the process to help her know how to cut/style my hair just the way I want it.

I like the app and it makes it easy to book an appointment and head to the store on the right time, Dawn was great every time my daughter and I go to cut our hair she knows what to do and she is very accommodating and she does a great job every time.
