I called to ask a general question about my brand new Lenovo /Microsoft compatibility situation and started out with "I transferred things from my iPhone" and he said "we don't work with iPhone" and I said "that's not my question... I am just giv..." and he hung up. IMMEDIATELY. I was going to finish with "giving you back story but I'm not sure it even matters". I bought a brand new Lenovo and had a technical question that likely had nothing to do with the iPhone transfer that happened weeks ago. I called another company and they fixed it for me within minutes. Will continue to not recommend this company based on this phone call. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

This review was also posted on Yelp.Called this company explaining that I needed data extracted from a dead Surface Pro 4. A guy on a motorcycle shows up and says he's going to try and turn it on and that the data extraction device is rather large and doesn't fit on the back of a motorcycle. So after attempting to turn it on, he concluded that the laptop was dead and that the office would call me back in 24-48 hours to send someone out to do the data extraction. I already told them it was dead when I called and explained I needed data extraction services. As other reviewers have stated, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their technician Carlos was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. He harassed myself and my staff and when I reached out the company they seemed apologetic but they never followed up and have sent me multiple invoices (each one different). Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company. The technician had me pay him directly (can you say fraud)!
