If you are looking for a hot mop, Tim is your guy. Super professional, timely, and the cleanest hot mop job you will ever see. He has done work for me as well as other GC's I'm partnered with. Any time we are going with a hot mopped shower pan, Dexterous is the only company we will hire. Don't risk having someone making a tar mess in your home or driveway. Best "hot mopper" I've seen in over 10 years doing construction.

Last week we contacted five companies from yelp regarding hot mop for our new shower floor. Within a few hours I received a response from Tim the owner. He emailed me in detail what the cost would be with the information I gave him including a time line. I waited a few days with no contact from any of the other companies. I had my contractor coordinate with Tim and a time and day was set up. Tim showed up on time and was very professional. My contractor showed up and went over particulars with the drain.At the completion of the shower floor my contractor said that this was the best hot mop he had ever seen. He was so impressed he asked Tim for his info and said he would use him on all his upcoming and future hot mop jobs. I can't say enough for Tim and his company. Its nice to know there are companies that still have pride in the work .Tim did a very professional job was very respectful and left no mess. A job so well done at a reasonable cost. As others have mentioned, Tim is very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he is a master at his work and is very detailed at what he does. His work is outstanding. Our city inspector came to inspect the hot mop and was amazed on how well done it was. The inspector only had great things to say about the Hot Mop and it easily passed inspection. If you're looking for a Hot Mop, stop your search and just call Tim.
