Patricia Recently Helped me sell my Parents Home in California.. She was absolutely Amazing! She was friendly and very helpful dealing with my ederly parents. She treated them like they were her grandparents. . I had been concerned in getting an agent I could feel comfortable with to deal with my Parents since I was out of state. She was thoughtful of their needs and explained things to them thoroughly and fought hard to get them them the best price.When a buyer baled out before escrow she seem genuinely upset for my Parents . Patricia is amazing ! I highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable, honest , and pacient. My closest relatives have been clients and I simply will not use anyone else on my next home purchase or listing.
