Save yourself time and trouble calling around with your fingers crossed. Bill is absolutely amazing...period! All you have to see is the 5 star reviews across the board. Bill's service is second to none. Let me tell you about my experience: I'm a 100% p&t disabled veteran. I was in the hospital when I initially contacted Bill due to a stroke. I let Bill know about my situation. Bill showed up at my door the day I was discharged from the hospital and fixed the problem faster than I could shower, put clean clothes on and get that hospital smell off (nearly 2 months hospitalized). Ok people don't go through the headaches I did. Had three different HVAC guys come out to look at my furnace only to throw there hands up and could not find the problem. They all wanted to sell me a new system between $7000.00 to $8000.00. Frustrated and thought I would try one more company before spending that kind of money I call Bill's Heating & Air repair. Bill must have spent three to four hours trying to find the problem. Finally he said I found it! Ten minutes later JACK POT, all's working fantastic better than ever. Knows the Borgata air conditioning set up. Great guy very reasonable. Easy to talk to. Bill actually came out to fix a repair another ac company did. Like I mentioned above if your in the Borgata Condominium this is your guy.
