Knows the Borgata air conditioning set up. Great guy very reasonable. Easy to talk to. Bill actually came out to fix a repair another ac company did. Like I mentioned above if your in the Borgata Condominium this is your guy.
I can not overstate what a pleasure it is to do business with Bill. He is professional, fair, honest everything you can ask for from a businessperson. This company is above and beyond amazing. My furnace went out during the process of dealing with my father's death and Bills heating replaced my entire furnace at no cost to me. They also left me with over a years supply of filters and a new thermostat. Kyle and Carson installed the furnace in less then 3 hours while my dogs barked their lives away in my bedroom. Wonderful humans! I've never experienced such kindness from a major company like this before. What a fantastic experience.
