Pretty seamless to order. The delivery guy had some worries about dropping in the alley, but did a great job! They are quick to get you off the phone, so double check the accessories. I was quoted one type of fastener, but delivered another. The original quoted one would have made the job go quicker. I love the MoistureShield Vision product on my deck even though it's $6/ft.
