Our first time using Sierra Pacific - we had our pool solar heating system replaced. From the initial consultation with Joji to the expert installation with Tanner, Denman, Charlie, and Aidan it was overall a great experience. Five stars!
I have had a couple of great experiences with Sierra Pacific heating and air. First last year my central heating and air in my home was getting ready to go out after 24 years. Sierra Pacific Heating and air came out to give me a quote for a new unit and a difficult install because my home sits on a steep hillside. I was concerned about the difficult install. It was amazing how their crew was not fazed by the difficulties. The crew came together and set a plan to over come any difficulties and the install happened smoothly and the Sierra Pacific crew was great. Thank you to Juan, Devin and Dustin for the good job installing my HVAC system. They were all very professional and answered all my questions. I had a great experience from the very start with Joni advising me on what was suitable for my house and answering calls even after the installation. I appreciate you all!
