I am blown away by the attentive, kind, and helpful staff at this office. I am currently fostering a puppy with a broken jaw and each and every staff member went out of their way to make her feel loved and comfortable. The staff spent a lot of time explaining surgery options and even sent a 3D video of the scan they did. The immense amount of caring and knowledgeable staff members at the VCA Dentist office led me to write a review, which I don't do often.

This office saved my dogs life today. Unexpectedly he couldn't breathe when we were at a dog show, it was a very sudden onset, didn't seem like heat stroke but we had no idea so we rushed him in. They immediately took him back and got him stabilized by intubating and providing him with a sedative and oxygen so we could safely transport him to the nearest open vet hospital on the other side of town. Had it not been for the exceptional and quick care they gave him, he wouldn't have made it today given the condition he was in by the time we finally arrived. Thankfully we also found out that our dog needs soft palette surgery and that this type of incident can be prevented in the future. Thank you VCA for adjusting your schedule to save Shaqs life today. It meant the world to us and Shaq, & we will forever be grateful

One of my foster kittens passed away and VCA Cordova was very compassionate and kind. Today I received a sympathy card with hand written notes from 3 staff members. They also included a little card with the kitten's paw prints.
