“I am the maintenance tech here at Espana East Villas, and am always looking forward to seeing Cory every other week. He is so professional , knowledgeable, and most of all calm and collected at all times. I feel great knowing his interaction with my residents will always put them at ease and leave them smiling!
He often has come on unscheduled days if I really need him. He spent many visits in 100 + degree temperatures to assure our community is thoroughly taken care of.
Pest control could be likened to a visit to the dentist. Not a lot of fun! But Cory has a way with people that could make a root canal seem painless.

“Excellent customer service!!! This review is long overdue. Garry and his team took care of a pigeon problem that I had after we installed solar panels back in 2014. Ten years later and we haven’t seen a pigeon near our home since. The installation of the hardware cloth on our solar panels is hardly noticeable. It looks so professional and seamless, almost invisible unless pointed out. I stumbled across an old receipt and had to come write a review. Professional quote and even sent me before and after pictures. I also want to say that having other work done on my roof, I appreciate that his team used special ladders that do not scratch the house paint or dent the gutters. Garry guaranteed his work and told me that I would not be needing to call him with any issues in the future and he was definitely right!
