Dominic is a very pleasant young man: clean cut, neat, quiet, respectful, accommodating. Only had to tell him once how I wanted him to do the work and communicate. He's excellent at explaining what work needs to be done and why, including how and why such a new unit could get so dirty so fast. He had lots of photos to show me what he was talking about. Fully comfortable with how the afternoon progressed. This young man is a distinct asset to your company.
I've been on the maintenance program for about 10 years now, IIRC, and many appliances in my older home have needed replacement. The work is always done timely, neatly, reasonably priced, and thoroughly professionally....read full review
The technician (Robert) was courteous and fast and very professional. My only issue is he was afraid of dogs when I had specifically called ahead and told the company I had a very vocal dog. He still managed to handle it with the upmost ability, so not worth losing a star, but it seemed to me like they could have sent someone without a phobia when they had been forewarned
I called about my water heater leaking and Yamy went above and beyond to help me. She was attentive to all my questions, offered me the complimentary club, and quickly arranged for a technician to come out the very next day. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of during a stressful situation. Her professionalism and kindness truly made all the difference.
