“I had my carbon monoxide detector alarm go off. I thought it must be too old 7 years... So I went and purchased a new one. 2 weeks later the new one sounded the alarm. I was thinking it was my gas stove because all the cooking I was doing for Thanksgiving! Next day I was talking to my next-door neighbor about my stove, and she said I've been smelling gas every once and awhile for a couple years... I thought hmmmm, called PGE and found out it wasn't my stove it was my Heating/AC unit... Called Roy on Friday and he called back and said he would be there Saturday morning at 9:30. He and an associate were right on time. They inspected my whole system and all the duct work. He sent me a quote via email that Saturday evening. You talk about service and professionalism I was so impressed about them I said yes right away. Monday morning I sent him a text asking if he had any updates on the install. He said they would be at my house at 8:00 am Friday and be finished by 2 or 3 pm! My unit was 18 years old and the cheapest I could get back then. It was so bad that I very possibly could have died the last 2 winters with all the holes and leaks, even worse my family visiting could have also... 5 stars for all the men and Roy at Bradshaw Heating & Air. “We blew a fuse on our HVAC attempting to install Google Nest and Bonnie was able to come out quickly to get things up and running. The service charge was around the same as signing up for a service they have which includes free inspections of your plumbing, heating and cooling, and electric. It took me a while to schedule the technicians to come out but am glad I did, as via email recieved detailed estimates for areas in my home that need attention. During one of these "free inspections" we had Colby come out for the HVAC. We asked if during his work we could install the Nest ourselves while he was there in case we ran into another issue, to which he said was fine. During Colby's inspection of the HVAC he showed us a part which may need replacing sooner than later. Although he had an audiance of four people asking him questions, he explained things well and took his time showing us the area that was corroded. I ended up opting to have him replace it at that time instead of waiting. In the meantime, we installed the Nest without too many issues so were very happy about that. We were very impressed with Colby's patience with our questions, thorough explanation of his work, and general friendliness. We would love to have Colby back for future jobs and asked that if there is a next time how we could request him! I wasn't at home for the rest of the technicians but from what my brother said, he was also very impressed with the plumbing guy, Michael Robinson, and to mention his name as well. Aparently my water heater is older than most, and will need to be replaced soon so am glad this was brought to my attention! Based on my experience with Bonnie so far I will continue to use them for future jobs.“

“Highly recommend this company. I've needed their help a couple of times in the past decade and they've done a great job both times. They re-charged my refrigerant on a new home and diagnosed a construction defect that enabled us to get the builder to repair. The owner didn't price gouge or upsell unnecessary products or service. In another instance, the owner patiently walked me through how to replace a blown fuse on a circuit board. This has been the best HVAC company I have worked with.“

“I have had a couple of great experiences with Sierra Pacific heating and air. First last year my central heating and air in my home was getting ready to go out after 24 years. Sierra Pacific Heating and air came out to give me a quote for a new unit and a difficult install because my home sits on a steep hillside. I was concerned about the difficult install. It was amazing how their crew was not fazed by the difficulties. The crew came together and set a plan to over come any difficulties and the install happened smoothly and the Sierra Pacific crew was great. My next experience was when my insurance client needed to install a water line leak detection shut off. Since the customer had second story laundry, like many insurance companies today, is if you have a second story laundry you will need one of these shut-off valves. After Sierra Pacific inspected for installation they came across a problem from a remodel by previous owner. After investigating the problem and how to solve the situation, once again Sierra Pacific (the problem solvers) came through for my client and for me as their insurance agent.

“We initially had Jr Putman come out to look at our water heater as we were not getting any hot water from our water heater. We needed a new one as it was not lighting anymore and it has been in the house since it was built ... so it was on it's last leg anyways. Ray was able to come a few days earlier than our initial appointment date which was later in the week and helped us get financing and even making sure before hand that they had the water heater in stock and came back the following morning to install the new one. He was quick and cleaned up the work area, which is greatly appreciated because not everyone does that. He's professional and answers any questions or concerns you have.“
