Absolute pleasure working with Fox Family Heating and Air. I’ve had them work on my previous unit years ago and recently had them put a new Bosch unit in. So far everything has been great, from the initial discuss with the office and staff, to the installers, and the warranty and maintenance teams. I would highly recommend them.
Fox Family Heating and Air are wonderful. From the purchase with Gareath(congrats on the promotion) to the installation, to the service. Top notch, Joey was fantastic as usual. We requested him to do our second service and hope that he will be available for the third service. He is an asset to the company. I highly recommend them.
Zack is the best! He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order and done correctly. He's very thorough, polite, and takes time to discuss everything that was done, any issues that arose and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. Thanks Zack!
