On December 23, 2025 Matthew, a Fox Family HVAC technician, completed the fall inspection of my Mitsubishi HVAC system. He was very polite, thorough and a spent time answering all of my questions. All of my experiences with Fox Family HVAC have been very positive including the installation of two Mitsubishi mini-split systems.
I've used Fox Family for the past couple of years, nursing my ancient HVAC through its final days. They've always been responsive, honest, patient, and caring. I trust them. I recently scheduled to have my 26 year old system replaced, as I'm concerned about it giving up in the middle of a heat wave.
