She is gentle and very considerate of her customers. Her knowledge and experience also shines in her work. She's very good at figuring out the best look to enhance your eyes and is open to making adjustments/customizing the set to your liking. Honestly, I just trust her judgement every time and am always fascinated with how much of a difference the small changes do for my eyes.
