Amazing work! I had a problem with the thermostat at my house. I contacted CECS and the person who helped me on the phone scheduled an appointment for me the next day. The guys who solved the “problem” were James and Jake, nice, friendly and organized people. James answered all my questions and very kindly and had all the answers! I also asked him for advice about the ideal temperature for the house, about the filters, etc. and at the same time he was training a new guy, Jake. Both did a great job, 100% recommended.
OUTSTANDING WORK!!! I’m so very please with the work that CECS did for us. Felipe (sales consultant) was amazing and walked us through everything from the products to the financing process. They took care of the financing process for us so that was a huge benefit! We actually chose CECS, who came in at the middle price because they offered a financing option at a fantastic rate through Travis Federal Credit Union. The installation crew (Turbo, Jose, Oscar and Juan) were exceptional and such hard workers. They got the job done earlier than expected and made sure everything was clean and in working order. We ordered new replacement living room windows (3 around 6ft. tall). Two gentlemen named Omar and Alonso came out and took out our old windows and installed the new ones. They finished the job quickly we are very happy with their work.
