Had my pool water tested because I started seeing algae and the pool was low on all necessary additives. Clearly not serviced well. This company does the very bare minimum so they can get away with minimal cost to the company and when you have an issue they try to blame it on you. Furthermore, poor maintenance leads to equipment failure which makes them more money. I don't recommend them. I now have another pool servicer.

Assigned an inexperienced and untrained technician to do the job. The technician stated he didn’t know how to take care of a salt water pool and was never trained on the equipment but also, didn’t have the tools he needed either. After reporting this, the owner called screaming denying what his technician told my husband and I. Then cancelled our service… good riddance.

Hello!! My roommates pool pump wasn't working, so she went online and found California Clean pools and more. She's a good researcher, so I knew this company would be good. Well, it turns out that this company is GREAT. JAMEE booked the appointment. She was nice and knew what she was doing!! This business is run and owned by a very cool couple CHAD & JAMEE. They work very well together. CHAD the owner/operator came to replace the pump. CHAD was very nice and very knowledgeable about everything pool!! He was easy to understand and talk to. He explained everything very simply. The replacement only took like 35 minutes. The job was done quickly with out leaving a mess & hev took the old pump with him!! Very nice. I highly recommend CHAD @ CALIFORNIA CLEAN POOLS AND MORE!!
