Saved us on another 100 degree Sunday afternoon! Clear and quick communication. They made it easy getting us the help we needed. Big thank you to Roy and Ian for helping us out on very short notice during the hottest time of the year.
My AC broke down at the worst possible time. July 4th on a 100+ day! I frantically called around to find anyone that could help us get the system back up and running. Came across this company and I was very impressed. Roy actually answered early AM on the 4th of July and was very helpful over phone and text. It was really nice to get someone who actually knew what they were talking about and not just a customer service rep that doesn't know the difference between a fan and a compressor. Bradshaw Heating and Air is working with us on a new subdivision. He took time in the bidding process, unlike others, to research all available products and was able to come in at a very competitive rate. He is always on time and is clean and professional. I recommend him highly.
