“Tom installed our whole house fan over 10 years ago. I noticed a squeaking when we first turned it on and should have called for a checkup at that time. Instead, I waited and then BOOM, the fan belt broke. I was shocked that Tom still owns the business and still does the installs and repairs. He came out and not only put on a new belt, but put on a new pully and a new controller that can be operated from your phone via Bluetooth. VERY COOL!!!
