Have been going to Costco optometry in Rancho Cordova since 4 years and always have had positive experience. Optometrist Dora and the previous optometrists were all experienced and thorough in exams and discussing evaluations and any concerns. All of our family members go to this Optometrist. No complaints except maybe they should improve the space in their waiting area. It is very cramped and only 1-2 chairs available to sit. So if more than 1-2 customers show up at the same time, there is not even standing room in their office. You have walk around or shop and just go in when it is your appt. time!!
Happy with my new glasses, thanks to Cisco and Rebecca I was able to use my insurance and get good discounts.

I learned a valuable lesson that was decades in the making, by hiring Blue Valley Flooring. I discovered there are enormous differences in quality with flooring installation done by DIY, big box stores, and specialists. Blue Valley, by far, has earned my top recommendation for their expertise, professionalism, and superb workmanship. I didn't care how much the installation was going to cost. I just wanted it done right. Blue Valley was recommended by another superb contractor, Barry's Kitchens out of Shingle Springs that renovated our kitchen and bathrooms. When we first bought our house decades ago, there was ugly vinyl and carpet that our pets have destroyed over the years. We had an unlicensed handyman install some new vinyl that quickly failed from a slow leak. Then we had a big box store install some engineered wood that lasted 15 years. It was OK, but there were some imperfections. The house came with cheap baseboards that didn't cover gaps between the floor and wall. After that. I declared I will never hire anyone who isn't a general contractor anymore. After I hired Blue Valley, I was astonished at what really went into a professional installation. Mike (owner), Jeff (color expert), and Tristan helped me choose the right laminate flooring and color, and thicker baseboards. Without their experience and guidance, I would have been lost. Within weeks, they sent in an incredibly hard-working crew including Martin, Tony, and Christian, who arrived on time. Not only did they tear out and disposed off all the old carpet and flooring, they also moved the furniture, sanded down some areas that were uneven, and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, they were very communicative during the whole process. Their installation was meticulous. Then the painter, Gustavo, came in to paint the baseboards. He also was meticulous. The result was spectacular and dare I say, perfect? In conclusion, always consider a general contractor and listen to their wise suggestions. Also, don't go cheap. It's worth it to pay more for good products and good people with lots of experience. I am ecstatic with my new floor. I would highly recommend Blue Valley.
Would recommend these folks! My AC was leaking pretty bad inside my house; they were able to send someone out the same day I called and were quick to fix the problem! I had Seth come work on it and he was communicative about what was wrong and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Only $98 was the charge and plan to use them again in the future

Long overdue review! This is a great salon for the whole family. I've had several haircuts here, and they always do a good job with my longer hair, being careful to cut it just the way I want. My husband and son also get their haircuts here regularly. My son has been coming here since he was two years old and loves Maggie and Suki. They are always so sweet and friendly, and make him feel like a big kid. Cuts are affordable and they work efficiently, but never make us feel rushed. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of having Wayne Pierce come and service our home. He and his team always show up on time and are respectful of our home (and large dog). Wayne gave me great information on our tankless water heater and tips for our next service. We will be Legacy Plumbing customers so long as he works there!
They came in $100 below other bids for replacing exterior hose bibs. Excellent work on hose bibs and quoted replacement of 26 year old water heater. This professional grade water heater was done quickly and professionally along with taking care of inspection and permit at a reasonable fee. I rest easily knowing a disaster was averted by making move to replace instead of leaking failure.
Valentine and Carlisle were both great! Install went quickly. They started at about 8:30 AM, were done by 5:30PM. They were careful to explain what they were doing as the job progressed, cleaned up completely, and even cleaned the floor and walls where the old water heater had stood. All I have to do is touch up the wall paint!
They checked every faucet to be sure the water flowed properly, and cleaned every valve that was clogged from the water system being opened up ( 80 year old galvanized water lines, so lots of crud!).
And can’t forget Roger the electrician who wired for the new heater… he was great too. Photos of completed install and of old water heater location are posted.

We blew a fuse on our HVAC attempting to install Google Nest and Bonnie was able to come out quickly to get things up and running. The service charge was around the same as signing up for a service they have which includes free inspections of your plumbing, heating and cooling, and electric. It took me a while to schedule the technicians to come out but am glad I did, as via email recieved detailed estimates for areas in my home that need attention. During one of these "free inspections" we had Colby come out for the HVAC. We asked if during his work we could install the Nest ourselves while he was there in case we ran into another issue, to which he said was fine. During Colby's inspection of the HVAC he showed us a part which may need replacing sooner than later. Although he had an audiance of four people asking him questions, he explained things well and took his time showing us the area that was corroded. I ended up opting to have him replace it at that time instead of waiting. In the meantime, we installed the Nest without too many issues so were very happy about that. We were very impressed with Colby's patience with our questions, thorough explanation of his work, and general friendliness. We would love to have Colby back for future jobs and asked that if there is a next time how we could request him! I wasn't at home for the rest of the technicians but from what my brother said, he was also very impressed with the plumbing guy, Michael Robinson, and to mention his name as well. Aparently my water heater is older than most, and will need to be replaced soon so am glad this was brought to my attention! Based on my experience with Bonnie so far I will continue to use them for future jobs.
I contacted Iverson Plumbing for a repair of a leaking bathtub faucet. They were able to come out the following day and expertly fix the problem. They were friendly, prompt, and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing needs.

Anthony Albericci is a great plumbing technician. First, he came to identify the problem for the toilet leak and give a written estimate for the toilet reset and toilet replacement. We decided to go with the toilet reset and Anthony came back to fix it. He did a wonderful job. Everything was done professionally and we would recommend and use Boyd/Bonney again.
Great service! I called this morning and within 90 minutes Oleg was at my door. He is very knowledgeable, fixed the problem another plumber couldn’t and charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company and they are now my go-to plumber.
I will just say this is why plumbers make great money. Celso arrived today exactly when he said he would and kept me in the loop the entire time during the job. He was very professional and even narrated while I recorded videos for the city to show them how degraded their line was after the city had come out the previous day and told me their end was good! Tankersley is excellent! We were surprised that a luxury custom home builder would take on a kitchen remodel. Everything was spot on – on time, on budget, scheduling was so precise that there was very little down time. All subs were courteous and professional. They take daily photos and their system allows you to see the photos as well as the schedule for the entire job. There are no surprises. The cabinet maker did especially superb work. They really work together as a team, you can feel it. My smaller job was treated with the same care and respect that we received when we did a whole house remodel. Beyond 5 stars.

Jamal with ProActive Pest Control is excellent! He came to our home and placed traps in our attic, inside our home and outside our home to help us control our the severe rodent infestation. He was very personable and friendly as well.

Excellent customer service!!! This review is long overdue. Garry and his team took care of a pigeon problem that I had after we installed solar panels back in 2014. Ten years later and we haven’t seen a pigeon near our home since. The installation of the hardware cloth on our solar panels is hardly noticeable. It looks so professional and seamless, almost invisible unless pointed out. I stumbled across an old receipt and had to come write a review. Professional quote and even sent me before and after pictures. I also want to say that having other work done on my roof, I appreciate that his team used special ladders that do not scratch the house paint or dent the gutters. Garry guaranteed his work and told me that I would not be needing to call him with any issues in the future and he was definitely right! I am grateful to have found this company and am happy to report that after 10 years, I am still a satisfied customer. Thank you Garry!
The worst smell in my bathroom. Clark sent Jesse out on a Saturday. He said, "yep that's a dead rodent in the wall." He went to the office and brought back a bag full of something that incredibly took away the smell by the next day. Someone else is coming by to check out the eaves for openings. We have used Clark's for over 25 years. They always some through -rats, wasps and mice. Yes!

I cannot reccomend Ryan the Turf Man enough. He got my number from the previous owner and contacted me to do touch up work that was needed after the pool was installed and the rain settled the dirt underneath. His integrity is outstanding!! So are the results of our turf. Looks beautiful!
I just bought a new property with an overgrown front yard and no tools to manage it. I got a quote quickly and the work was scheduled in a reasonable time. The crew did fantastic work and made my yard look great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they were late to arrive, which wasn't a big deal, but it would've been nice to have communication that they were running late.
Had oak tree trimmed and cleaned up. Had been 20 years since last clean up. A lot of trimming and dead branch removal. On time, very knowledgeable and professional. Took great care in not damaging other plants and shrubs in yard. Did a great cleanup job. Highly recommend!

I have bee coming to American Dental for 22 years. Dr Holmes and my hygienist, Karan, are beyond amazing. Before coming here, I had had so many bad experiences with dentists. Due to this fear, I ended up neglecting my teeth. Then the pain had gotten so bad I had to do something about it. I was so fortunate to have found Dr Holmes. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have ever known, he is never in a hurry, he has such a calming presence, and so much compassion. On top of that, he is a great dentist. I just can't say enough good about him (and Karan). I have a zero fear about going to the dentist. LOVE LOVE this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. ?

Doctor James is amazing ! He is very professional. I have been to so many chiropractors with my lower back problem but none helped. After a few sessions with him I can noticeably feel a major difference . And my pain has decreased. I highly recommend him! ?

Dr tanabe is great. Friendly. Very easy to work with. Usually can schedule pretty fast. I appreciate that he doesn't try to push random products. I've been to other chiropractors who push you to buy some ointment, cream, bio freeze, etc.
These guys are awesome! They take care of our whole staff from dispatch to drivers and are quality over quantity! They helped one of our drivers with a broken back who was told by the Dr he couldn't do anything but surgery and brought him back to feeling normal again. Also with myself I've had a hard time breathing and Dr. Gunderson told me I had the issue before asking me if I'm short of breathe! This guy is a 1 in a million find and amazing to say the least! If you're interested in someone who cares about their clients and seeing your health succeed this is the man to go to for your physical care! Dr. Dilpreet and her staff are exceptional -they did a three hour dental surgery on my little Chihuahua removing many teeth and gave such good care she healed quickly with no side effects. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Joni had her work cut out, as I am coming off chemo and a year of stress. Joni takes her time to identify where your stiffness is coming from and works your whole body to get it back on track. The room is warm and the massage table comfy. I will be going back again.
Me and my mother went to Igne's massage last night so she can help me with the chronic pain I have been dealing with for 3 years. Her massage was so therapeutic that I fell asleep and woke up free from all the pain that has accumulated in my neck and upper back. She is very kind and plays ancient Tibetan Singing bowls which offers sound healing during the massage. I just recommended her to my family and friends in Old Fair Oaks.
