5/2024: Joseph was honestly the most polite and professional tow truck driver we have ever had the pleasure of needing! We’re at a baseball tournament this memorial weekend and my brand new tire ran over someone’s car key. Joseph arrived in a crazy busy area, down a narrow dirt road, kids everywhere, within 35 mins, repaired the tire, and did it all with a great attitude. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Joseph! Thank you!!!!

RBS is an amazing tow service out of Ramona. Both dispatch and drivers have been very courteous and great timing. Had my motorcycle towed once and my Classic sports car. I was impressed with them having the much needed race ramps for the low profile cars to avoid the horrid scraping of the front end when being pulled onto a tow truck flatbed. Allen with RBS towing came and helped when my car got stuck in the mud! The first tow truck driver couldn’t get us out but he came and helped us and saved the day! Thank you again for all your help!!!
