Sent someone I didn't know an hour before the agreed upon time without communicating, kept material for which I paid, for 3 days, and did not respond to my inquiry about when he would deliver the material to me. 3 days after he said he would return the material he showed up unannounced and left 2 of the 3 items, after I again bought the same items and hired someone else to do the install. I had to return the original material and meanwhile I had reported the items he kept to the fraud department. I contacted Eli this morning because my water heater wasn’t working. Although he was busy with multiple jobs, he made time to assess and fix our hot water issues. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future.-Matt (Ramona Estates resident)Services: Repair water fixtures
