Ramona Animal Hospital offers friendly and professional veterinary service, with staff who genuinely care about animals. The doctor is knowledgeable and explains issues clearly. It is recommended for all stages of an animal's life. Dr. Kayser listens and provides intelligent insight, making sound plans for medical issues. Customers make the drive for the best possible care, with one noting they have gotten at least another 5 years out of their beloved cat due to the excellent care provided. The employees and doctor were very kind and compassionate during a difficult time. However, it's important to note that they currently only offer drop-off appointments and there have been instances of delayed attention, with one customer arriving early and being ignored. Prices are reasonable.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that Dr. Kayser and Ramona Animal Hospital provide the best care possible for your pets, hands down. Dr K listens, provides the most intelligent insight, and makes a sound plan for any and all medical issues. We started visiting Ramona animal hospital when we moved to Ramona, and still to this day we make the drive from Temecula to Ramona just to ensure our cat receives the best possible care. Due to Dr Kayser’s direction, we have gotten at least another 5 years out of our beloved cat, and hopefully many more years because of the excellent care she provides. Thank you Dr K. Make sure you arrive early and have plenty of time. I arrived at 10:45 and was ignored until I left at 11. I could hear them in another room talking. I called out, I made noise, nothing. The door was unlocked and they didn't say a single word to me. If they were having their lunch break the least they could have done is let me know, I would have gladly left but to completely ignore someone in your office.
An Honest, friendly and professional Doctor and staff. They all genuinely love animals and what they do. Dr Kayser really knows her craft and explains the issues in an understandable way. Highly recommend, from puppies to having to say goodbye to your furry family members.
