Went here for the first time, and walked out very happy! The atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing. Lindsi was very nice, professional and understood my issues with my tangly mess of hair lol she gave me the exact haircut I was looking for 🥰 I will definitely be scheduling another appointment with her!
The reason I'm giving this salon 4 stars, was due to the customer service I received before going in. They don't say the salons name when you call them, and they weren't friendly. The only real way I could make an appointment was to text, which is fine but I think they need to sound a little friendlier. I felt like I was a burden to whoever answered the phone
Now called "Sixth and Main The Salon and Spa," is absolutely wonderful. Their new building is so light and airy and inviting. I've been going to Hope for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. She always listens and knows exactly what to do even when I tell her to do whatever to my hair. She always amazes me and I always leave feeling beautiful. I'm planning on getting my nails done at some point there, but I see regulars in there every time I go to get my hair done. So, that's a good sign! Highly recommend! There are a variety of hairstylists so everyone can find someone they like. Go visit!
I contacted Rebel a little over a week before my Julian wedding in order to ask about getting an updo. She was so accomodating to my schedule, given the limited time we had before the wedding plus my personal availability. She found a way to fit me into her busy work days to do a trial run before the morning of my wedding. My experience with her was relaxed and pleasant. She listened to my feedback attentively, adjusted my hair as needed, and was able to deliver exactly what I had envisioned. Her pricing was very fair and overall I really had a great experience with Rebel. Not only did she do a great job with my hair (I got so many compliments!), I can also say that her kind words and personable demeanor really put me at ease on what otherwise could have been a very stressful day.
