I started with Align Pilates & Wellness about 6 months ago, and it was one of the best decisions I have made for my fitness and well-being! I just LOVE the reformer pilates classes, and the people really make this place special. Taylor and Alexa are top-notch, super knowledgeable and so nice. Each class is 45 mins of Zen, with a healthy dose of strength, flexibility and core.. Highly recommend for all levels!
Align Pilates & Wellness is the only place you'll find me weekday evenings. It's the time I carve out for me, away from my busy life. I'm always met with a smiling face, a nurturing environment, and camaraderie from all the members of this amazing studio.Whether you're new to Pilates or you've been doing it for a while, there is always some fun and challenging to look forward to.
Excellent place to go for pilates and sound healing. I am out of shape and pushing 60. The instructors are fabulous at suggesting modifications to accommodate everyone's fitness level or body type. No one gets left behind in class. Give them a try!
