Our thermostat turned off, so we contacted Gary at Air Direct (they originally installed the system). The response time was amazing! He came and checked the system, determining that the problem was condensation in the line. Gary had the problem fixed in no time! Especially appreciate the quick, friendly and efficient service!Definitely recommend Air Direct for all your heating and air conditioner needs.

So stoked with our new AC system from Air Direct! Great quality unit and installation at an affordable price. Gary and crew knocked out the install of 4 ton AC system in one day that cools our house quickly and quietly. It's apparent Air Direct has plenty of HVAC experience!
