This is my last resort to try to get a response to get a problem addressed. When our panels were installed, it resulted in a roof leak. We have had techs out to fix it at least six times but it has left our roof damaged. We have called and emailed Kota over and over and have been given the runaround. Every time we get a person that we get traction with the next time we try to reach them they don't work there anymore. This is a huge investment in our home and something that's really important for us to get fixed and we need help now. Please help us! Thank you!

I’m not happy with Kota, I’ve had the panels installed and generating power for 6 months now but the solar panel skirts were never installed as per the contract.

Kota won’t return my emails, nor will the salesman.

We signed a contract for solar in December 2021. Although we've been talking to Kota, they sent Titan Solar out to measure our roof. To our surprise, they sub all work out! Titan Solar said we would hear from them for install within a week. I've left emails, texts to our rep and called....to no avail. We have been ghosted. Now we have to go back to square one and get more bids and start over. This was a huge decision for us...it took about three months of questioning before we onboarded. Waste of time!!! Do yourself a favor and don't use a middleman (Kota) If anything were to happen to our system, we would be screwed! All I wonder about at this point is...perhaps their business closed?
