“My wife and I both feel like we hit the lottery with the Perlman Clinac, Doctor O'Rourke and her staff were a breath of fresh air compared to what we have been experiencing with other medical offices lately. The Staff were responsive and very professional and Doctor O'Rourke was amazing, she took the time to listen to my issues and provided good feedback as well as some out of the box ideas to try to resolve an issue I have been dealing with the last 5 years. She had such a positive attitude and she just came across as a really caring person who loved her job and in this day and age that is very rare. My wife who has been a nurse for the last 25 years was also very impressed with not only her medical knowledge but by her bedside manner as well, if your looking for a fantastic doctor and a responsive office I highly recommend Doctor O'Rourke and her staff at the Pearlman Group.“
“I give five stars when I love a place so much and I know I will return to. I switched to this location recently from the Genesee location. Even though it's farther away from me, the place is amazing. There's lots of free open parking, the medical building looks amazing, but most importantly, I love my new doctor, Dr. Gore! She's patient and really listened to my concerns well. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Gore really cares and I felt heard. It's a one stop shop for lab, radiology, and doctor's visit.“
“I'm 67 and have had medical issues throughout my adult life. This is by way of saying I've seen MANY doctors, some utterly wonderful and more than a few that were less than stellar or downright terrible. So it goes... My experience at UCSD Health in Rancho Bernardo ranks among the best care I've received. There are many specific and little pieces that make up the mosaic of care. Here are a few: 1. I have yet to wait more than 10 minutes to be called into the exam room. 2. Upon entering the exam room, I'm immediately met with a nursing assistant that examines me, takes my BP, temp, asks questions, is warm, friendly and human. 3. Regarding taking BP, the nurse always waits 5-10 minutes before activating the cuff to take reading, giving me time to relax, suggesting that I take some calming, unhurried breaths. In all the years I've seen doctors and had countless BPs, I've never had a nurse take such time and care. It's always been, sit down, slap on the cuff and take the reading. 4. After nurse has finished, my PCP (an actual medical doctor, not an NP) comes in almost immediately. 5. PCP also takes her time, asking lots of questions, listening intently to my responses, asking follow-up questions, digging into my extensive chart, outlining a well-explained and cogent plan for bettering my health. 6. On my first visit, both the nurse (always the same one, which is nice for a sense of continuity of care) and my PCP had prepped for my visit by reading through what I know are extensive health records. My PCP had clearly absorbed much of my medical history as evinced by her comments and questions. She spent a full hour with me, going over my health concerns and needs and laying out what we'd be working on in subsequent appointments. 7. PCP communicates via MyChart messages, letting me know about test results and points of concern. Upshot: I feel utterly cared for; I feel that my well-being matters and that my provider(s) care and are invested in my journey to improve my health. I really can't think of anything even remotely critical or negative to say. I've had only one other physician I can say the same the same about. I can't speak for the other providers at this clinic, only about my own experience. So far, everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful, kind and professional.“
“My wife was recently walking our two small dogs when they were viciously attacked by an off-leash dog. Both were torn up badly; the smaller one suffered a broken leg and fractured rib... and we almost lost her. Thank God for Animal Urgent Care. They leapt to action when we entered the clinic, watched the dogs overnight, and have provided quick and attentive after care for them both. We credit the team there with saving our precious pups. In all the confusion and our many visits we have not captured the names of everyone who helped us... but they have all been wonderful. Special thanks though to Jessie, Casey, Brittany, Dr. Maiello and Dr. DeLorenzo. I don't think they could have given our dogs better care if they were their own.“
“Kat D. From OT Rancho Bernardo Sharp Rees Stealy provided me excellent quality care! Knowledgeable, caring ,and friendly. Thank you Ms. Kat for the wonderful service I received .“
“I had an appointment this morning, but this experience was one of many identical experiences that I've had in the last 5-6 years of coming here. I've never had anything resembling a bad experience. 1. Scheduling on the app is SO easy and quick. I work up and made an appointment this morning, and got in by 11 today, with an appointment. 2. Check in was a breeze. And the wait was shorter than at my primary care physician's office. 3. The entire process is fantastic! From check in, to the nurses and the doctors, they have such a calm and kind demeanor, are organized and incredibly efficient. This goes a long way with someone with severe ADHD, especially since I don't take my ADHD medication when I'm sick. Yet they make everything so easy and seamless, and don't make me feel self conscious or get irritable when I'm talking a mile a minute, and being a total scatter brain. 4. The staff is kind, and consistent. With probably at least 10 visits there over half + of a decade, the staff has primarily stayed the same. The nurses are so kind and upbeat (but not annoyingly so), and the primary doctor I have seen is so sweet and patient. She sits down and lets me explain everything in detail without rushing me, even with her body language. I'm so grateful they exist!“
“Dr. Lombardi and nurse Daisy are the absolute best!! Caring, attentive, and funny personalities. Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.“
“I had an excellent experience at Scripps Urgent Care in Rancho Bernardo on Friday. It was my first visit and I did not know what to expect from an urgent care. It was a pleasure and relief when my visit went so smoothly. Dr Green was excellent in his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. Nurse Ashley made sure everything ran smoothly and that testing was available and accessible. The medical assistants moved my appointment along smoothly.I had always been hesitant about use of urgent care, but was so impressed at Scripps, that I would recommend them to anyone in need of those services.“
“Quick Care I had to take my daughter here for a fever and body aches I love how easy it is to check in They send you a link to your phone and allow you to take pictures of your insurance & ID to quickly get you checked in We waited under 15 minutes to be seen The staff including nurses and doctors were all very friendly helpful and considerate My daughter was screaming when the nurses tried to get her vitals and swabs for Covid/flu and strep testing which made it difficult to get the necessary information but they remained patient and creative with the ways to get what they needed My daughter refused to take any of the medicine they provided So the doctor actually gave me new tips to try at home and told me not to worry about it if she couldn't take it in the office I appreciated how kind and patient they were because I felt so embarrassed especially when my daughter practically kicked the nurse that tried to swab her nose We got the results quickly and was in and out within an hour Definitely recommend this urgent care 10/10“
