“Overall pleasant experience. Even arriving before they opened, it took about 2 hours to be seen & treated, pretty typical for urgent care. The RN and NP were friendly, compassionate, and thorough. I just wish the Poway center had an on-site pharmacy to make things even easier.“

“Emergency vet care. My dog got into Valentines Candy, chocolate, trash and a bag of cat food. He was very bloated and uncomfortable, the doctor gave him a shot to induce vomiting. 10 Pounds of candy, Trash and cat food came out of him and he was magically better. We were in and out very quick and the price was less than what was quoted over the phone.“

“Dr. Lombardi and nurse Daisy are the absolute best!! Caring, attentive, and funny personalities. Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.“

“The psychiatry department is amazing. The receptionists are very polite and friendly. The therapists are very knowledgeable and great advocates for the kids. They do a great job at engaging the kids and helping them overcome what they're struggling with“

“This Doctor was polite, professional, and to the point. He was completely thorough. Did a CBC Covid test and strep throat test which all came back negative. He gave me instructions to do Advil three times a day for three days he put a penicillin prescription in for me , only if needed, but was very proactive with his approach. Completely satisfied with this doctor.“

“Quick Care I had to take my daughter here for a fever and body aches I love how easy it is to check in They send you a link to your phone and allow you to take pictures of your insurance & ID to quickly get you checked in We waited under 15 minutes to be seen The staff including nurses and doctors were all very friendly helpful and considerate My daughter was screaming when the nurses tried to get her vitals and swabs for Covid/flu and strep testing which made it difficult to get the necessary information but they remained patient and creative with the ways to get what they needed My daughter refused to take any of the medicine they provided So the doctor actually gave me new tips to try at home and told me not to worry about it if she couldn't take it in the office I appreciated how kind and patient they were because I felt so embarrassed especially when my daughter practically kicked the nurse that tried to swab her nose We got the results quickly and was in and out within an hour Definitely recommend this urgent care 10/10“

“The staff here in the cancer treatment room are all excellent. Parking is the problem. The parking structure is dangerous: narrow lane for 2-way traffic (which is shared with pedestrians),no lighting so it's like parking in a cave and spots so narrow that many are unusable because cars are often parked on the line.“
