“Diego the technician came around 9:30 am, looked at the leak and he said he’ll fixed the leak but looking at all the pipes and the shut off handle (he can’t even moved it) and said that it might get worst if he forced it. All he can due was to clamp the pipe that has the leak to stop the leakage. He checked all the pipes and took pictures and showed it to me. All other pipes are all corroded and advised to be replaced. He’ll have the office work on the proposal of how much it will cost to replace and work on the pipes. I was very satisfied with Diego’s work ethics, explaining everything to me.“
