“Dr. Solis is the very best eye doctor I know. My family and I have been seeing him for some 20 years. I have been to different eye doctors and they are all good. Dr. Solis is the very best. Each time I see him, he takes the time to explain everything in simple terms so I understand what my vision is and how it has changed. Each time I leave his office my vision improves. When Doctor Solis moved his office I continued to visit the old eye center. After 2 years I looked for him online and I am glad I found him.
He is truly a professional and his experience is unmatched.

“I’ve been going to Dr Wang for over 6 years and can highly recommend his practice. Dr Wang listens well, provides advice and guidance from his long experience, and never rushes through an appointment (or the trying on of frames). He and his staff also know insurance which is helpful when making decisions. (And personal side note: on top of his educated nature and helpful demeanor, he has a wonderful laugh.)

“This is the best place for specs! I went in with my prescription and since I had a lot to ask for lenses the glasses weren't able to be done in 20 minutes they still were done way faster than anywhere else. Michael was super friendly and very knowledgeable about glasses and he helped me picked a pair that works really well on Asian features and on me per se, which i wouldn't be able to myself. They are out of network but the insurance claiming part was also easy, and Michael was there to answer all of my questions while filling it. I would give Eleven optical a 7 out of 5 and definitely would recommend anyone who needs specs!“

“I went into Target Optical right before closing. Katie and Raven were there and they were so kind and thorough as they fixed my glasses. They explained the new types of frames and they did this all without rushing or making me feel that I imposed at closing time. Their kindness will make me choose to come to Target for my future glasses.“

“Sorry - Just my experience of the clinic itself and not a review about the doctors. I got my procedure done through another clinic and I had come here first to get evaluation and quote. First impression: (1) Overall it felt more like they are trying to sell me into new lenses. Showing urgency to get me to sign when in my case, it was not urgent at all (2) Small charge for some upfront test which other office did not (3) I thought I booked for Dr. Feldman, I got to see someone other doctor (4) Last thing was my visit/evaluation wasn't supposed to get charged to me at all (to be paid via insurance) but I still got a small bill which didn't have any way to pay online and I just paid by calling them via phone.

I am sure doctors here are fine but just can't say my overall experience for 1st visit was good.“

“Very professional and on time. Dr. Van House was thorough in testing. The staff was helpful, knew and performed all the imaging tests for evaluating eyes needed for the doctor to see. They have also advanced optical imaging machines and devices for correct eyes evaluations and documenting. I will recommend my family and friends to this optometrist. “I found EyeWorld on my insurance company's website and emailed them to book an appointment. Irene got back to me fast, sorting out the details and making sure they took my insurance. It was great getting such a quick response and getting booked in so soon. When I went for my appointment, it started right on time. Dr. Baek was really nice and friendly, making sure I felt relaxed during the eye exam. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. What really surprised me was their equipment. You know how at some eye check-ups, they blow a puff of air into your eye? At EyeWorld, they have a similar thing, but without the air puff. It was way more comfortable.“

“I am ever so grateful for Dr. Llanes and Tessie! Tessie was able to squeeze me in to a ridiculous timeline right before Thanksgiving (stupid insurance issue, not procrastination on my part). My regular doctor was not available and I was panicking to get my exam and glasses covered before insurance ended. Tessie was very communicative, extremely helpful and very friendly. She was not there when I came to my appointment, but Dr. Llanes was also very friendly, explained everything I was doing. NO upcharging. He has an incredible bedside manner. I highly recommend.“

So disappointed in this place. Got insanely expensive specialized contacts I was never able to use.because they fogged before I even got home. Could never keep them in for more than 15 minutes without total fog. I called multie times to ask for help/advice, and never got a return call.“
