From start to finish I've been so impressed by the entire company. We had a washer leak from the 3rd floor and needed water remediation and restoration. Not ever having gone through something like this, I got 3 quotes and IRP was the most affordable and thorough. I could tell just by speaking to Jose that he was more professional and ethical than the 2 other companies. Jose has been great at communication, all the workers were friendly and efficient, and the work was done so quickly and properly. Grant helped with the restoration and I feel so relieved that its done correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.
IRP restoration helped me get thru a stressful flooding from a neighbors unit. Anna Schmidt immediately guided me thru the process and was professional and compassionate for what I was going thru. She checked in on my satisfaction and always made herself available to questions I might have . In fact every person that works for this company was great from start to finish.
