My first contact with the office of Heavenly Smiles was over the phone with an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, supportive get ‘er done lady by the name of Melinda! When Melinda learned that a prior dental office was not going to be able to release x-ray copies to me for 5-8 business days, Melinda made it happen; the Poway dental office emailed x-ray copies to me that day! Fantastic staff. So helpful and caring. They are very attentive and worked hard to make sure I felt comfy. Melinda the receptionist is exceptional and so friendly. Could chat with her for a good long while!

Everyone here in this office is super nice....the care they put into what they are doing is above what I have had in my past dental visits. They were able to squeeze me in and fix an issue of my tooth and I couldn't be happier! Nobody likes going to the dentist but they totally put me at ease and helped my pain/issue and..... I love them....and I did tell all of them that!!!! Actually looking forward to my cleaning now! Thanks to Dr. Bita and her team!
