“I went into the salon in tears needing an emergency repair of a cut gone wrong. Bana worked me in and was so patient and kind as we settled into the "what to do now" process. She evaluated my hair, its texture, my curls and asked what my goal was. I had a picture. She told me we could get to that point. She took her time, was systematic in her approach and explained what we needed to do to move my hair towards the style I wanted while explaining what was best for my hair type and my head shape to make it work for me. One cut and it looked so good...three later and it's now amazing. She is such a gentle caring person...it shows. On my next appointment I also scheduled a facial with Baha. Easily the best and most relaxing facial I have ever had. She has the touch. I now schedule my facial followed by a hair trim. It's 2 hours of me time every 6 weeks and I love it. To say I highly recommend them isn't enough...“

“The day of my appointment I had nearly unbearable neck nerve pain but did not want to cancel as I needed my hair to be dealt with and by the only person I trust to hear me out with my wants and needs but also be transparent about what my hair type will do and won’t do. Gigi has all the knowledge and expertise I do not as a stylist. So after 20 minutes in the chair Gig noticed something was off with me and I had confessed the pain I had been experiencing long before the appointment, she altered her preferred techniques to allow for more comfort to me and my neck. I usually do not go for color but recently I am not ok with this gray gray drab hair and she nailed my color using a gray blending technique that I will be back for every time in the future.“

Ultimately I ended up not getting the Brazilian knots as we decided I still needed a little more time to let my hair recover from the heat stress I placed it through. “Staff: staff were nice and friendly Cindy the owner was very kind and polite. The lady that took care of me was very quiet. We didn't really talk (I assume it was a language barrier) and it made things kind of awkward. Quality: quality is good. My hair is a lot more manageable now. Price: decent paid $55 to get 3 inches off my hair and nothing else. No hair washing, no color, no style. It was literally a trim. Vibe: felt awkward. Cindy seemed like she was very talkative. I think next time I'll wait for her.“
