Flooring in Poway

“I am a designer in California and working with a friend on her home in Montana. I found JC Flooring by chance while googling an engineered wood floor after being told it was back ordered by a supplier in Montana. Jacob immediately located the flooring from another state and was able to have it freighted to the job site within days - even sent samples from the lot they were shipping from to confirm the stain consistency all at a price that was less than what was originally quoted - WooHoo!!!!
Needless to say, it was nerve-racking thinking this was the best possible scenario and or too good to be true and will only lead to the biggest headache ever and loss of $20,000!
After discussing the options with my client, and knowing how much had been sourced to compliment the floor, we crossed our fingers and placed the order.
And, just as Jacob promised - everything went as planned without a single hiccup!
Most of the floors are still covered with ram-board and once that is removed, I'll post a better photo - until then, below is the powder room.
