This is a review for crawl space work performed. Leo and his team recommended our crawl space be fully encapsulated. This was a very expensive quote and we decided to move forward in stages to help break up the costs. He agreed and quoted to install French drains around the interior perimeter and a sump pump in our crawl space. On the surface the work looked good. However, after a rain I went into the crawl space to evaluate the drainage. The quote was for perforated pipes to be installed over 12" deep, not one drain was more that 4".
