This is a review for crawl space work performed. Leo and his team recommended our crawl space be fully encapsulated. This was a very expensive quote and we decided to move forward in stages to help break up the costs. He agreed and quoted to install French drains around the interior perimeter and a sump pump in our crawl space. On the surface the work looked good. However, after a rain I went into the crawl space to evaluate the drainage. The quote was for perforated pipes to be installed over 12" deep, not one drain was more that 4". I found 3 walls that were left without drainage, I also found a drain that was slopped away from the pump, I took pictures with a bubble level, causing water to stand in another corner of the crawl space. I continued to try and contact Leo but I wouldn't get a response from him. After a couple months I was able to schedule his team to come back to repair the work. I went back into the crawl space to see the repairs and found another issue of a solid pipe being used, which does absolutely nothing for ground water. I have removed that, contacted the company and no one has responded. I would be careful when hiring this company and do your follow up after their work.

Leo's team has done an outstanding job at completing a very challenging HVAC installation project in a highly professional, thorough, and timely fashion. From the initial conversation about the project, to the process of installation, to the final permit inspection, Leo has kept me updated every step of the way with clear, informative, and effective communication. His crew did an excellent job at keeping the job site tidy and clean, and they completed the project (from installation of mini-split systems to drywall work) with great attention to details. Getting the right permit and scheduling the final permit inspection while also making sure that the installation fulfills the HOA's requirements can be an extremely lengthy and frustrating process because of multiple parties and confusing bureaucracies are involved. Leo's knowledge about how HOA's and inspection processes work as well as his professional approach to handling difficult tenants and work environment kept the project moving smoothly toward heating code compliance. I highly recommend Leo's team.

Leo has been taking care of our house and our project like he is family. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. We have had problems with our project, but he is always able to be reached and he has fixed everything that has come up.Our house is better because Leo is helping us out.
