I have worked with Benchmark Landscape over the last few years. I have found their proposals to be straight forward and when requested, their staff is willing to make adjustments to the contract so HOAs are able to get the services they need at a reasonable price. Andrew Cason and his team have done a great job at building business relationships over the years and they treat their customers with care and respect. Their effort is individual to the Association's/Board's needs. They have a great reporting system for property inspections and when issues arise, they are quick to handle the problem and advise Management with photos and text. Responsiveness, attention to detail, friendly customer service, solid reporting - you cant go wrong with Benchmark Landscape!
