Audit Guard paid for one year but i got audited for another so I am paying Bob for that and he is worth every penny and more. The audit is not over yet, but he has saved my sanity by representing me...I didn't have to go to the examination or deal with the IRS at all, and in our private meetings, he has talked me off a couple of cliffs already.
