This has been my medical spa for about 7 years. I recently was introduced to injector, and Nurse Practitioner, Brittany Allsup and I am so excited she is a part of this team! I experienced such a high level of care, professionalism, precision, and attention to detail from Brittany. Not to mention warmth and an all-around great personality. I look forward to returning soon and many more treatments with continued great results!

I have been going to 424 forover a year. The staff is great. They notify you when they have specials, remind you when your appointment is and keep track of points that you accumulate. Nellie will explain my procedure as she goes along and will take time to show you the results and ask your opinion. Totally recommend them.
