Hands down the best salon experience I've ever had. I was overjoyed to discover Becca opened her own space and followed her from a previous salon. I have early onset gray hair which she magically transforms into the most beautiful blonde every time. It's hard to find a stylist who can do blonde well, and she nails it. I have long, thick hair and she has never made me feel guilty for being "so much work". In fact she has made me appreciate my hair more and more with every visit. Want to talk or not talk? It's up to you! Becca hold space for whatever you are feeling that day. Such a relief for when I don't want to keep the conversation going for hours. But when I do feel like gabbing, she is wonderful to talk to and connect with. I never leave her salon feeling exhausted, I'm always energized by the experience and leave feeling so confident! Becca truly is truly an expert in her craft and I feel so lucky to have found her.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Transition Med Spa for their IV hydration therapy, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience I had. From the moment I contacted the spa, their ability to schedule my appointment on such short notice impressed me. It's rare to find a place that accommodates last-minute bookings so seamlessly, and I truly appreciated their flexibility.
The IV hydration therapy itself was fantastic. I could immediately feel the benefits - increased energy, better hydration, and an overall sense of well-being. Angel ensured I was comfortable throughout and checked on me frequently, adding an extra level of personalized care.

Gigi has all the knowledge and expertise I do not as a stylist. So after 20 minutes in the chair Gig noticed something was off with me and I had confessed the pain I had been experiencing long before the appointment, she altered her preferred techniques to allow for more comfort to me and my neck. Gigi knowing my neck was in this severe pain gave the most amazing massage shampoo I never knew I needed. I usually do not go for color but recently I am not ok with this gray gray drab hair and she nailed my color using a gray blending technique that I will be back for every time in the future.

My son (who is elementary school-aged) has been taking drumming lessons at Poway Music Academy with Emmanuel for a few years now, and we highly recommend music lessons here! Emmanuel teaches various instruments to both adults and children, and he is very kind and so great in teaching and encouraging my son during lessons. Wile Emmanuel will choose certain songs and beats for learning purposes, he also allows my son to choose songs he wants to learn, and Emmanuel will even write out the music for the song if he doesn't already have it. Emmanuel is an amazing teacher and musician and because he can play multiple instruments, he will often play guitar along with a song my son is learning, which is not only a lot of fun for my son but helps with his drumming. If you are looking for drumming or guitar lessons, this is the place to go to!

I reached out to Josette about a month ago after I googled Brazilian knot extensions and saw that she offered them. Ultimately I ended up not getting the Brazilian knots as we decided I still needed a little more time to let my hair recover from the heat stress I placed it through. The promo price was within what I was expecting to pay for service and new bundles so I was very excited. She doesn’t braid tight, so I was able to get my hair done and leave and enjoy the rest of my day. I go the bundles colored just to match my hair better. It was a great experience she took her time with my hair laying out a great braiding part, coloring it and giving me a nice sleek cut. Definitely recommend quality product from a professional ?

I have come here for about a year and have been absolutely pleased every single time. Casey is amazing! Online scheduling is a breeze. Response is very fast. More importantly, Casey listens to you and then provides honest feedback in a professional manner. Would the fit work with my face/head shape? What coloring options are recommended for my hair color/texture? I have never received so many compliments for my A-line bob! Casey cuts with precision and is consistent every time. Her salon space is lovely, plenty of light, but there's a door that can be closed for more quiet if you'd like. It's taken me at least 5 years to find a new stylist, and I am so happy I finally found Casey!
First time customer of Alli's Hair Chair Alli is amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave a great consult to kick the appointment off and away we went. She did a very nice wash with a scalp massage (ahhhh soooo soothing) and then a great cut and style. She made a recommendation for biotin to help my hair. Overall a very lovely appointment. Amazing service, Julie is great! She took me in even though it was so late in the day. I really appreciate her. I had a wedding the next day and really needed to get my nails done. She did an awesome job! She recommended doing powder instead of gel and it looked awesome and worked great for the wedding. I really recommend her. I also love how friendly and personable she is. This place was amazing! First time coming here and it was nice and welcoming! I got a gel manicure and they did an awesome job with the design! Only wish was maybe a smaller dotting tool for the white accents on the red dots but not a big deal at all. My nail tech was very kind with warm compliments and listened to my requests. I came here yesterday to get my nails done, it's been a little over half a year since I've gone into a nail salon. The staff was very nice and kind! I got a dip manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The women who worked on me were patient and gentle with my hands and feet. I got done in about an hour. Highly recommend!

I see Hai-Dei who unfortunately is only there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but she is the best! I've been going to her for close to 15 years. She is the only one I let do my pedicures. She is so careful and gentle, and the pedicures last a long time. She is a very lovely lady!
I have been going to Thuy for 20 years now. My nails always look perfect when I walk out of the salon. Thuy is so accommodating to whatever look we would like for our nails. Everyone in the salon is so nice. It is a great atmosphere in which to relax.
Staff: staff were nice and friendly Cindy the owner was very kind and polite. The lady that took care of me was very quiet. We didn't really talk (I assume it was a language barrier) and it made things kind of awkward. Quality: quality is good. My hair is a lot more manageable now. Price: decent paid $55 to get 3 inches off my hair and nothing else. No hair washing, no color, no style. It was literally a trim. Vibe: felt awkward. Cindy seemed like she was very talkative. I think next time I'll wait for her.

Anna is the best! She is the only person I found to take the time with my hair patterns. Before her I thought it was normal for my hair to grow back in the next week until she informed me it's because they were breaking my hair instead of pulling it out! Also, she is great with my brows. My friend booked an appointment for me here as a birthday gift. Before visiting, I had never gotten a facial treatment before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous at first, but MaryRose was fantastic! Right away, she asked me to tell her about my skin type, so I let her know I have very dry, sensitive skin. She also asked if I had any allergies. She was very thorough, which I appreciated. The whole facial was about one hour long, and it included lots of different masks, a cleanser, a nice steam, a light treatment, and warm towels. She also included a shoulder/neck massage. On each step she let me know what product she was applying and what its purpose was. It made me feel a lot less nervous about having any type of skin reaction. MaryRose is also really funny and I enjoyed talking with her during the treatment. I'm going to tell all my friends to book an appointment :) keep in mind she is open on Wednesdays only!
Nina was recommended by a friend, and she hasbeen been professional, flexible in scheduling, and offers excellent care. My skin is dry and sun speckled, but Nina brightens it up and hydrates it beautifully. Plus the whole experience is relaxing. Wish I could go every week!

I was in the area and in desperate need of some muscle work in my lower back and neck. I'm always in moderate pain, but this day it was really bad. I called Spa Lux at 6:10pm and Cindy had me in by 6:30. She made a 1 hour deep tissue massage feel like 2!! I can't believe the ground she covered in an hour. It was AMAZING. Today, woke up for the first time in years without pain. I live 30 minutes away but will gladly come back for another massage! Thank you, Cindy.

Arcadio has helped us on many occasions. He is very responsive and quick to jump into action. One of our first encounters was a blow pipe on Christmas Eve. No problem for Arcadio. Diego the technician came around 9:30 am, looked at the leak and he said he’ll fixed the leak but looking at all the pipes and the shut off handle (he can’t even moved it) and said that it might get worst if he forced it. All he can due was to clamp the pipe that has the leak to stop the leakage. He checked all the pipes and took pictures and showed it to me. All other pipes are all corroded and advised to be replaced. He’ll have the office work on the proposal of how much it will cost to replace and work on the pipes. I was very satisfied with Diego’s work ethics, explaining everything to me.

I heavily depend on Yelp reviews when I select and visit a restaurant or hire anyone for a service. I contacted The Flying Locksmiths givern their ratings to help me with a condo mailbox lock that was, I thought, broken. They scheduled me for today and to my surprise, the tech was late about 30 minutes. David, the tech, was red and sweating profusely. I could tell he had just come from a job and was busting his behind. He apologized several times which I accepted and was very helpful. He found a solution to the problem that did not require replacing the lock which saved me a few bucks. Honesty is hard to find... unfortunately, so I truly appreciated it. He double checked the lock worked and was just a nice guy with well developed customer service skills. Definitely a company I recommend and if you can, request David as your tech, you won't regret it.
Micah recently completed installing new hardwood floors in three rooms in our home that previously had carpeting. This was the second time that we hired Micah for hardwood flooring services. In both instances his professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of the finished product has been outstanding. During the entire process, Micah's communication was great. He discussed with us our options upfront, matched the wood type and level of distressing of our existing wood floors with the supplier, and then worked with us to match the stain color of our existing wood floors, even providing samples until we achieved a good color match. And believe it or not, the work was completed ahead of schedule! We would not trust anyone else for our hardwood flooring needs!

ADR remodeled our 2-bedroom/2-bath condo; two months, five days a week, touching every room. It’s been almost a month since the project was finalized and we’re still riding high with happiness over how well everything turned out. When we were interviewing remodel firms, where two other companies said, “can’t be done”, ADR's Dain Pulis, who became our project manager, said, “I know how to do that.” And he did. Furthermore, it was done at a cost substantially less than other companies led us to expect. Dain warned on day one that the construction process is messy business and that our 1974-built structure would probably throw complications at us. He was right (big and small), but he and site foreman Luis Mendoza dealt with each issue with care, calling in skilled trades where appropriate, and communicating with us thoroughly to make certain outcomes were in line with our objectives.
We vacated the condo for the duration of the project so that work could progress most quickly. I visited nearly every day and was constantly available for consultation. Dain met us at commercial outlets to help us select and buy tile, trim, flooring, molding, vent covers, and paint, all at contractor discount prices. It was my job to purchase and ensure delivery to the worksite all new sinks, fixtures, cabinets, doors, etc. (again with advice from Dain on where to find the best prices). Luis and his team were at the condo early every weekday and were there until 5pm or later. Their desire to meet our expectations was obvious and consistent. I feel very fortunate to have found this company. My original blind was purchased at Lowes 20 years ago! Alan & Loretta came out and gave me an estimate for repairing or replacing the blind. I was given a reasonable quote and decided to replace it. Loretta was very patient and helpful in assisting me in choosing the best color to go with. They installed it today and I am very happy. Mario and his crew are professional, trustworthy, and reliable. Our remodeling was no easy job - extending our master bedroom over the garage, redoing the bathroom, building a walk in closet, extending our living room closing out part of the front patio, flooring throughout the house and a lot of small stuff, the outcome is beautiful.

I had my first visit today. It was to deal with a tooth that had been damaged in an accident and became infected. It turns out it needed removing and bone grafting to be able to put a new tooth stud in later. All of this the doctor was able to extract the tooth, do the bone graft and give me detailed instructions on healing. WOW!
The office is really mellow, the staff is top notch and parking is unlimited.

We just moved into the area and I needed to find a new dental practice. Oak Tree Dental was recommended so I gave them a call. I had my first appointment this morning. My hygienist was Jennifer who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I met Dr Zaku who explained what needed to be done and immediately put me at ease. The front office staff spent time with me going over my insurance, answering my questions, and setting up future appointments. This entire experience was better than I could have hoped for. I have been a patient of Dr. Seibert since 2017. Dr. Seibert and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They show great kindness and caring for their patients, and will fully explain treatment plans and the part the patient plays with at-home care to achieve the best results. All of our cats and dogs through 25+ years have been cared for by Dr Singh or his daughter now also a vet. They provide knowledgeable, companionate, common sense care and don’t go over board in costs and procedures. The office assistants are wonderful as well. As we age, letting go of our beloved pets becomes particularly hard. They provide a gentle procedure where you can spend the last moments saying goodbye, as well as offering a cremation services that can include a beautiful keepsake box for the ashes if you wish. I thank them of their compassion and understanding through all these years, and making a very difficult thing to do just a little easier. Thanks you for taking such good care of our sweet Smokie girl.
Our previous vet closed and recommended Advanced Care. Unfortunately, our first visit was an urgent one. However, the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. They were able to access our dog Brandy's medical records easily and managed her surgery and return home the same day. They called and checked in the next day to make sure Brandy was recovering well and we were comfortable with her recovery plan. We are grateful for the loving care provided to our family!
We had a good experience at this clinic during a 5 day hospitalization for our dog earlier this summer. Dr and front desk updated us often, were thoughtful, thorough, and were transparent with costs. Our dog came through her illness and is happily back to 100%. Prices similar to other clinics.

I had my first massage by Sarah and was very happy with the experience. I got a one hour body massage and felt so much better afterwards. My massage was super relaxing and helped relieve any tension and stress I had. I even had a light headache before going and it was gone afterwards. Even the next day I felt relaxed.An additional consideration is Sarah has an online scheduler so you can book an appointment so you don't need to wait for office hours to call in and figure out the best time. The reminders are super helpful too.If you are on the fence, I would definitely recommend getting a massage from Sarah. I for one am looking forward to going back.

I had a 2 hour Swedish massage at this location. The price of their service is really affordable. The masseuse that serviced me (LULU) was a gem. Location was clean and the rooms were cozy. When the session was done, I got out of the establishment relaxed and refreshed. Will come back. Definitely!
It seems that they remodeled the spa. It looks classic and the rooms are clean. The new massage therapists are very friendly. After an hour Swedish massage I was so relaxed. I am going to get gift cards for my family. Hope they can enjoy the relaxation too.
Lately my wife have been looking for a good massage salon to help with my bad back and Sciatica pain . She was also looking for a place where she felt safe and was clean. My wife and I recently went to Li's Massage for a couples massage. Its in the shopping center at Poway Rd. and Community Rd. A well lite and open, clean location. We bought Groupon for one hour each. We had a very enjoyable experience. Atmosphere was really nice, the place was very clean, the people were very nice. When we went into our room the place was nicely decorated, not dingy or old styling. The place even smelled nice , not like old and dirty. The music was subtle and easy to listen to. My wife got a man named Wayne , who she said found all her sore spots in her back and was very polite and courteous. I was lucky enough to score a lady named Grace who has skills. She found my sore spots in my back and even some I didn't know were there. She got all the knots out. For my leg pain , she did great job of reliving the pain there. She has soft but firm touch .She ,as well, was very polite and frendly. Her techniques are great, after all was done , they were still very friendly not in a hurry to get paid (like other places) and just really made us feel valued. We cannot wait to go back again.

I have been getting Acupuncture for a few weeks from Pin lu. Always very professional and concerned with any pain or discomfort! My feet feet feeling SO much better. Highly Reccomend! Jocelyn is absolutely amazing. At every session she reviews how you are feeling, what your pain levels are, etc. I have had lower back problems for a long time and also tendinitis in my right arm. She has made a tremendous difference in my problems. Before one visit I fell and fractured 2 ribs. She immediately started working on my new problem along with my back and helped me to get back to living my life without pain. She is caring and never pushes having more sessions. Now that my pain is under control, she has suggested that I come every 2 or 3 weeks to keep everything manageable. Amazing. A family friend who is a doctor referred me here. I had never done acupuncture for pain relief and a dentist recommended it for TMJ. I've had aching for a long period following an injury, but the pain increased sharply from extra clenching during a particularly stressful time. After the first acupuncture session, I had enough relief that it felt like a strong ache instead of sharp pain, which was more progress than I anticipated for the first day.Another plus: they take walk-ins. I will certainly return if a similar issues arises.
