“For over a decade, I have dealt with a persistent pain on my left rhomboid. It felt like a stabbing knife. Like my left shoulder is on fire. This pain started due to no specific injury. Most likely it started due to repeated poor posture, and prolonged hours at the desk.

I've gotten various types of body therapy - chirotpractic, licensed massage therapy, assisted stretching, physiotherapy, etc. None of the treatments really worked. In best case, I got temporary relief for an hour or so. Then the pain was back.
