I liked this place upon arrival got greeted nicely nancy did my pedi she did amazing and was very friendly and sweet !! but the reason for my 3 stars is because at the end she asked me how i was going to tip !! which i didn't like ...it felt really awkward !! i was going to give her a tip regardless because i felt she deserved it for the great service but i feel it is very tacky to ask for a tip !! tips are for if the customer feels like giving not mandatory !! but it feels pushy to ask for one !! would've gave 5 stars had i not felt so forced to tip !! for future reference please don't ask for tips if customer feel or wants to tip or has the money to even... read full review

Absolutely love Nick, he did hands down the best job of my nails. Not happy with every tech though - the one I saw yesterday (not sure of his name) rushed the job a bit too much and the fill I had done on my acrylics was a) too small (didn't go close enough to the edges of my nails on all sides) and b) wound up with ragged edges that I didn't see until later in the day and had to file down my already narrow nails even more along the sides because they kept catching on things. Considering the edges weren't ragged before this other tech worked on them, I'm not thrilled with the job and wouldn't use this guy again.

Service is usually decent and quality of work isn't bad. This trip, price seemed much higher than it was a couple months ago. (168 instead of 142 for mani/pedi and a full set with French and design). AND the gel paint peeled odd the manicure in less than 24 hours! Not off the nail, off the French tip! And the full set was poor quality (I wasn't able to see it while it was being done to just have it fixed right then!) He didn't even paint near the cuticles. And glued the tips so close to the end of the nail it snapped off less than 4 hours later.
