Been visiting Hand and Stone for a while and have had a fairly good experience and been a member for almost 4 years now. However the duration of the massages keep getting shorter each time I visit. Just came back after a 1 hour massage turned into a 40 minutes massage which just isn't acceptable for a fairly expensive massage.
Had an amazing facial experience with Carly, and an equally amazing experience with Suzette a month or so back. The staff was also amazing and very professional. The atmosphere felt very relaxing and welcoming. Would go again!
Just had a fabulous head, neck, and shoulder massage from SARAH, who is not my regular masseuse, but nonetheless, she left me feeling amazing. ELORIA, my regular, is always amazing! I would highly recommend her. Her hands are lovely and warm, and the massages leave me feeling so relaxed. I just want to sleep, and I feel completely de-stressed. Lastly, but certainly not least, LILY at check-in/out always goes above and beyond to please; she's the best!! Thank you all!! Now, I feel relaxed, stress-free, and ready for the weekend!
