Since moving to Bakersfield to a Oxnard, I had to find an optometrist. Dr. Castillo and her staff are fantastic. Professional, polite, and caring. I not only had an eye exam and wellness exam. I also had a contact exam by the time I walked out of her office. I had the perfect fit of contacts in my eyes and was seeing 20/20. Thank you Dr. Castillo and staff I would recommend Dr. Castillo as an optometrist If you’re looking for excellent eye care and I give her office more than five star, I give her a 10 star rating if I could.??????????

I like that my eyes weren't dilated. But the eye drops and tests made my eyes sting a little and my eyes were hurting a little. Also when they touched under my eye above the cheek and above my eye to see my eyeball was a little painful and uncomfortable. Fortunately the eye drops I got for dry eyes helped and putting the blue filter on my tablet helped. I was able to get everything done, tests and exam and glass selection done. And got information about my prescription and how long it would take until glasses were done. Thank you.

I came in to have my wife's glassed fixed. She had lost a screw for one of the hinges and Silver Strand Optometry staff replaced it. I asked how much for the repair, and she said it was free. I was glad and surprise hearing it was free. I'm very thankful for the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.
