He promptly provided an itemized quote including details of exactly the scope of work to be done, the materials to be used, and the cost. “We interviewed three contractors in the Ventura County area for a complete remodel of our home, and we are very happy that we chose to proceed with Corky at Shamrock Construction. We have completed three past remodels in two prior homes, and Corky provided us with the most positive experience and best outcome, by far. Our project was complicated by the pandemic, which led to our architect moving out of state, a closed planning and permitting office, and skyrocketing labor and materials costs. He helped us to navigate these obstacles with patience and persistence. “I saw this company only had 2 reviews and one was just 1-star....so I was hesitant but when I went by the shop the selection was good, the prices were great and it felt good and I pulled the trigger and had the work done.Installation was PERFECT, they laid down protection, took their time to make everything right and cleaned everything up. Without saying anything, they took the time to do the job right. I'm a contractor myself and I know quality work where people care about the service they are providing.
