After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. The reason why we went with Aaron out of the three, he was not trying to upsell us, his fee for labor, parts, and warranty were fair. He explained the scope of work, how long it would take for him to convert the spring system, and the parts in which he sources it from. Aaron is friendly, professional, knowledgable, competitive, personable, and patient, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to inspect, service, and repair their garage system. “We had Hometime Windows and Doors install a new external door to our garage. We needed nothing fancy. Just a door that does its job. Danny came out and installed the door with care, precision and attention to detail. The weather stripping is perfect, and the door jam is very sturdy. He even filled in a gap between the paver stones and the wall with cement, so it would keep out water and look more aesthetically pleasing! Overall, the workmanship was amazing.
