I took my son here because he had flu-like symptoms and had fever for 3 days. Turned out he was COVID-positive. The staff told me to fill-out forms and email the fille-out forms to them and a doctor will call me back, order medicines and issue Doctor's note for my son. This was Wednesday. I emailed it the same day and followed up visa email when nobody called me back. Nobody responded to my email and no doctor contacted me. I called them but nobody was answering my calls ( extn 102). This place is horrible. I would never come here again or refer anyone to this place. They never have a doctor to see you. You can’t get your prescription when you need it. They send you all the way to a different city just to get seen by there sister office. They would rather you die from whatever it is you have then to treat you. They just need to shut this place down or hire some freaking doctors. It’s not that hard. And to just have one office lady in there is not okay.

Worst experience with doctors or a medical facility ever, in person my symptoms/complaints were ignored and I was sent for testing which showed nothing so I was told essentially nothing must be wrong, video/phone appointments are either not upheld on their end or are extremely late by hours. Medical “professionals” do not want your input on your own care. WARNING…find a different medical facility
